Getting out of bed after the holidays
Just a tip for those with problems or those living with someone not “hearing” the alarm in the morning .
It’s the same as everything else – make it a joyful experience rather than a painful wake up procedure.
Start with simply replacing the standard alarm tone that they most likely are using with their favorite team song and notice the difference.
Carrot instead of stick.
