We had Annikas family on holiday and we met them at the Swissotel in Kamala on two different occasions and enjoyed our time there a lot – room was a bit worn and dated but very clean and had all you need – a room safe, fridge, amenities, balcony (we stayed at 4th floor) no elevator, two TVs that we did not use – pretty well placed wall outlets but only on one side of the bed.
You get two room keys and the staff said welcome back second time welcome back and remembered that we had family staying there – that is a small thing that is not really utilized by most hotels – I know they can see that in their system but it makes you feel that little more welcome 🙏🏻 👍 video review here: Swissotel video review
Overall this hotel is great especially if you have kids and first time there was during Easter 🐣 and very busy with the fore mentioned but as we stayed on fourth floor it was totally quiet at night.
We payed 6000 Thai Bath (approximately 168 Euro / 188 US Dollar) for three nights – not super cheap but good value for money we think.
You can get there for 170 Thai Bath (or less if you watch my Vlog:
